Terms of Sale
1. Who sells
The seller is UAB „AIKO Node“, company code 307651739, Girulių g. 10, LT-12112 Vilnius, Lithuania (“AIKO Node”, “we”). Contact: info@aikonode.com, +370 611 26699. AIKO Node is not registered for VAT.
We sell to businesses only. By ordering you confirm that you act on behalf of a company or other organisation (“Client”), not as a consumer.
2. The service
The Margin X-Ray is a standard, guided review of your structural profitability. From reports your finance team already produces, the system calculates margin by customer and product, compares it with the view of management and the team, and turns the result into an action plan with three levers. It runs in five stages:

The process is guided by Aiko, an AI consultant, which always identifies itself as AI. Aiko replies within minutes; where a human decision is needed, within 1 working day. You may ask for a person at any time. The review is an analysis to support your decisions. It is not legal, tax or investment advice, and all decisions remain yours.
3. Price and price tiers
Prices are shown without VAT. As AIKO Node is not a VAT payer, no VAT is charged; any tax you must account for in your own country is your responsibility.

The tier is set when you order, in order of orders received. A place in the 50 % tier is reserved for the payment term of a pro-forma invoice; if the invoice is not paid in time, the order is cancelled and the place returns to the queue.
4. Payment
- 100 % in advance.
- By card through Stripe’s secure payment page. Card details are processed by Stripe and never reach AIKO Node.
- By bank transfer on a pro-forma invoice in EUR, GBP or USD, payable within 7 calendar days, with the pro-forma number as the payment reference. Bank charges on your side are yours.
- An invoice is issued for every payment and sent to the email you gave when ordering.
5. Start, duration and completion
- Within 1 working day after payment, Aiko writes to you from aiko@aikonode.com to start.
- You work at your own pace; most companies finish in 3–6 weeks.
- If we wait for your input, we remind you after 3 and 7 days; after 21 days without activity the project is paused and your data is kept.
- The service is valid for 90 days from payment. Once, on request, we extend it by 30 days free of charge.
- The service is delivered when the action plan has been sent to you, or when the validity period has ended, whichever comes first.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Because the review runs in fixed stages, we always know how much of it has been done. If you cancel, we refund the part that has not been delivered:

Send your cancellation in writing to info@aikonode.com. The stage reached is the last stage completed on the day we receive it. Refunds are made within 10 working days by the same method you used to pay.
7. Your data and confidentiality
You provide reports your company already has; please send company-level data and do not include personal data of employees or private customers. Customer names are replaced with codes on our server before any analysis, and the AI works only with the coded data. We keep your information confidential and use it only to deliver the service. Your financial files, the code key and your identity data are deleted 12 months after the project closes; anonymised indicators are kept only with your consent. How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy; a data processing agreement is available on request.
8. Responsibility
The results depend on the completeness and accuracy of the data you provide. We do the work with professional care, but we do not guarantee any particular financial result. Our total liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and neither party is liable for indirect losses or lost profit, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We will first try to settle any disagreement by talking to each other; if that fails, disputes are resolved by the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
10. Changes
The terms in force when you order apply to your order. We publish any change on this page with a new effective date.
