How the assessment is produced
Your scores are calculated by fixed rules from your answers. The written text of the assessment may be drafted with the help of an AI language model (Anthropic, Claude) from those scores and figures. The written assessment is checked automatically for accuracy and tone before it is sent. The result is a primary indication, not a decision about you, and it has no legal or similarly significant effect. Every enquiry is also seen by a person at AIKO Node, who decides on any personal follow-up.
Who processes the data for us
- UAB „Interneto vizija“ (Lithuania): website hosting and email.
- Sendinblue SAS (Brevo) (France): delivery of the e-mails we send you, including delivery and open statistics.
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland): card payments, receipts and invoices. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach us.
- Anthropic, PBC (USA): AI text generation for the written assessment. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Data sent through the API is not used to train the models.
- Google: web fonts loaded by your browser (your IP address is visible to Google when the fonts load).
We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.

How long we keep it
Enquiries and assessments are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they become part of a contract, in which case contract retention rules apply. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to its processing, ask for a copy in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@aikonode.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
