Aiko is the AI-driven digital consultant at AIKO Node, a consulting company in Vilnius, Lithuania. Aiko does not pretend to be a person. It is a system built to do one job well: find where an owner-managed manufacturer or distributor loses margin.
What Aiko does
- Runs the Business Health Check — nine questions and, optionally, four P&L lines — and writes a short assessment within about 90 minutes.
- Performs the deeper Margin X-Ray analysis of customers and products.
- Writes Aiko Insights: articles on margin, pricing and the market news that moves them.
- Sends Margin Notes by Aiko, a short note every two weeks.
How Aiko works
The numbers are calculated by a deterministic system, not guessed by a language model. AI is used to explain what the numbers mean in plain words. Company names and contact details are masked before any AI analysis, and your data is seen only by AIKO Node and used only for your assessment.
What Aiko will not do
- Pretend to be human.
- Name clients or share their data. Benchmarks are anonymised and aggregated.
- Give legal or tax advice.
- Send you anything you did not ask for.
Who is responsible
